100 days Korean Tradition....Iowa Baby Photographer
This is just a tiny sneak peak of this 100 day old exactly baby with Korean heritage. I think I have made it pretty clear on this blog before that I just do not think three month pictures are a good way to spend money especially when investing in custom photography (especially if you did newborn shots...once again my recommendation is newborn, 7 to 10 months and then 1 year), but for this little guy 100 days is very significant in his Korean Heritage and it is customary to get professional pictures taken on their 100 days.
So here he is....exactly 100 days old...and sweet and alert and adorable!!
Also, I just found out that today we will begin our travels back to Fargo for the holidays. We were suppose to leave tomorrow, but their is bad weather coming in so we are leaving a day early. I will be gone for about two weeks so I decided to have this blog set to do some automatic posts while I am away. The theme for the posts will be "A PICTURE A DAY" and will be pictures of just my girls. The posts will begin the day after Christmas.

Is it spring yet?
I am already wishing for the snow to go and spring to come. It is hard to believe (OK not really I am from North Dakota) that just last month this was the weather.
Enough weather talk...There is more to post from October Fargo sessions. This session was with a family of a gal I knew back in college. It was fun to get to see her again and she has not changed a bit. She still looked like she was in her early twenties...some people are just lucky that way. We also discovered that we both married men who were our good friends before they were our boyfriends/ husbands.
Of course being October it was natural to want a session with fall colors, but upon my arrival back to Fargo the area had much to desire in terms of fall color this year. The weather (there I go talking about it again) seems to have put a damper into the plans of everyone to enjoy gorgeous fall colors. I drove around hoping to find at least some place that had some nice color and leaves. I discovered one building with vines crawling up it that was hanging onto its leaves and they were in full fall gorgeous color.
We moved to another location to capture some family images....

How fast they grow big....
I got to visit her in Fargo back in October...oh those cheeks..
That is her big sister. Big sister who is 7 is smitten and helps out mom and dad a ton when needed...
...and then we went outside to shoot a series of family photos...
Just so you do not forget those cheeks...
This little peanut and I have another date coming up in December and I think she is bringing along a pair of baby Uggs...Yipee..Plus she will be sitting well and maybe moving a little bit too...7 months old is a great age for the best baby pics!
